Welcome to Meditrp LLC (“we”, “us”, “the Agency”). By using our website meditrp.com and our travel booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Agency Information

• Affiliation: Travel Agency partner of Expedia TAAP

2. Bookings, Payments, and Rate Changes

• Payments: Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified by the provider.
• Rate Adjustments: Meditrp LLC reserves the right to increase rates due to significant fluctuations (5% or more) in fuel costs, taxes, or currency exchange rates. If the increase exceeds 10% of the total price, the client may cancel without penalty.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are governed by Expedia TAAP and final service providers.

• Administrative Fee: A minimum fee of $50 USD/EUR per person applies to any cancellation from the moment of confirmation.
• Scale of Charges: 30-45 days (30%), 22-29 days (40%), 15-21 days (50%), 8-14 days (60%), 2-7 days (80%).
• No Show: Cancellations within 24 hours or «No Show» will incur a 100% charge.

4. Documentation and Requirements

The traveler is solely responsible for carrying a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and all required visas. Meditrp LLC is not liable for entry denials or deportations. Any costs arising from such situations will be the traveler’s responsibility.

5. Accommodation and Transportation

• Hotels: Standard Check-in is 2:00 PM; Check-out is 12:00 PM. Triple rooms often consist of two double beds plus a small extra bed; availability is not guaranteed.
• Transportation: We are not responsible for airline delays, flight cancellations, or missed connections. Luggage is the traveler’s responsibility; claims for loss/damage must be filed directly with the carrier.

6. Suspension of Service (Conduct)

Meditrp LLC reserves the right to terminate the service of any traveler whose conduct causes serious disturbance or danger to themselves, other travelers, or service providers. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

We act exclusively as an intermediary. We are not liable for incidents beyond our control (Force Majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. Our liability is limited to the amount recognized by the local service providers.

8. Claims

Any issues during the trip must be reported immediately to our emergency contact or the guide. Formal written claims will only be accepted within 10 days following the end of the trip.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any legal dispute shall be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Wyoming.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking or using the services of Meditrp LLC, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
